New OJS Userguide is now available

Hi all,

We're proud to announce the availability of a brand-new, comprehensive and fully up-to-date OJS Userguide: Open Journal Systems: A Complete Guide to Online Publishing. The Userguide is available in both HTML and PDF on the OJS Documentation page.

Fully illustrated and weighing in at over 250 pages, the userguide introduces OJS; explains every facet of the interface; provides comprehensive documentation for Journal Managers, Authors, Editors, Reviewers and more; and also instructs on administrative tasks such as installation, migration, upgrading, and troubleshooting.

The guide was created using DocBook XML. Source files -- XML, custom stylesheets for transforming into PDF And HTML, and images -- are available in our Github repository.
