Hi there,
I am trying to customise OJS to allow for the random assignment of articles to reviewers. I would like the administrator/editor to have the ability to either manually assign articles to reviewers (like the way it currently works) or to click a button that will randomly assign the selected article to a number of different reviewers. Has such a plugin been developed and if not, would anyone have any recommendations for the development of this?
