Try just entering the first SQL statement (INSERT INTO versions...), if the latter already exists it doesn't need to be added (and remove it if the database allowed you to add it a second time).

I was try but not worked with OJS OJS 2.3.7.0 version on the main page.

I tried to install Popular Articles Bloc Plugin 1.00 in my Journal website, but it just showed whenever I was in Journal setup> the look.
When I leave this part the block also remove from the sidebar. Could you please let me know how to solve this problem.

Thanks for your advise. I try it but It was not done. You know my plugin is run successfully however I can not see the block in all pages specially in homepage

hello, problem also for me...

ojs 2.3.6
installed manually
folder name popularArticles
sql entries:
PLUGIN NAME: mostpopulararticlesblockplugin
JOURNAL_ID: 1 (my journal id)
SETTING NAME: enabled
SETTING VALUE: 1
SETTING TYPE: bool

the block is shown only in step 5.

Until now, there is no any solution for mentioned problem, Step 5 but not home page.
According to the my opinion, popular articles plugin should be add OJS Block Plugin.
excellent plugin for me... But is not worked 2.3.7 and 2.4.2.
We are waiting corrected version from developers.
