Page Proofs Boxes

Hi,

It seems that the Page Proofs Boxes are out of square or not be seen directly.

Try applying this patch (from the lib/pkp subdirectory).

Thanks Alec. I applied the patch, but the same issue still persists. I work with the latest versions of Firefox (not seen), of Chrome-Safar-Opera (out of square), in Mac OS X Lion 10.8.2.
