Primary Language and form of language: Step 2 of Submission

I am the administrator and manager of the OJS journal (rivistadipsicologiaclinica) , and I receiving an error during the publishing process (step 2 of submission) that will not allow me to post in a language that differs from the primary language of the website. When I attempt to make a posting in English, the form presents an error messages requesting me to post in my "primary" language, regardless if I choose an alternate language. Is there a way to resolve this issue, and if so, can you assist me in the matter? Because my journal publish submission by english or italian author. if my primary language is italian, the step 2 of submission requests the metadata in italian, also to authors that chose english form, and vice versa. Thanks-

Hi,
Are you including language only in an alternate language and leaving the primary language text boxes blank? You can enter text in only the primary language locale, and that text will by default also be present when viewing the alternate language locales. However, you can't insert text in only alternate languages. There has to be content in the primary locale. If you are inserting text in the primary locale and still receive the error, please let me know so that we can explore this further.
