Is There anyway i can attach a PDF as a copyright form so that the author and co -authors can download it and sign it. As per our journal everyone has to sign a copy of the copyright form but in OJS only the principal author has to sign the copyright form. Is there another way to let all the authors agree tothe copyright form.

This is also an issue we've been pondering about too.
The bottom line problem is to somehow inform all coauthors that they have been registered as co-authors in the applied order and that they agree to that. Is there any way to send the confirmation letter that the article has been registered to all authors but continue all subsequent communication with just corresponding author?

I'm wondering the same thing, about authors and co-authors uploading a signed agreement form. Anyone have an update on if this is possible to do?

Hi Leanne & Hrvoje,
This will be built into OJS 3.x (and already is in OMP 1.x) as in those environments a submission doesn't have to be a single file -- it can include multiple files and things like agreement forms. For OJS 2.x, a work-around would be to make use of the submission checklist to specify that an agreement form is required and provide a link to it. It could be either sent via email to the editor or submitted as a supplementary file.
