Hi-
We manage the uploading of the reviewer forms and track changes. We have accidentally uploaded the wrong document for a review of a submission, is there a way to delete a document that has been uploaded to a review? Additionally is there a way to add a document to a review?
The only work-around that I can think of is to delete the entire submission, renter the submission, re-add the reviewers and upload the correct documents. But this seems like it could be a very long process and will result in the submission given a new number

To my knowledge there is not a way to delete or edit a review once it has been submitted by the reviewer. (Which I believe is one of the reasons that the action of submitting a review is one of the few actions in OJS that has a second "confirmation" screen that pops up.) A reviewer can delete reviews and submit revised reviews prior to submitting the review, but once they officially submit the review with their suggested decision, this can no longer be done by the reviewer or an editor. If you'd like to submit this as an enhancement request to the OJS software via the forum, please feel free to do so.
