Hi,
I've found an error/confusing-text in the "Reviewer Administration" screen which a reviewer sees when they first log in to accept/decline a review request. The text
Notify the editor before <<DATE>>
appears next to the "Can do the review" / "Unable to do the review" buttons. In between is the date the REVIEW is due (as opposed to when the reviewer should accept/decline which is ASAP). This may be why so few of my reviewers are actually clicking "Can do the review" even though they accept the review.
Another feature request (Jeez ... is this guy ever satisfied?): when I use the excellent "remind" feature, it would be nice if the date of last reminder is shown so that I don't pester people with too many reminders.
Overall, other than these things, I'm processing submissions quite well with OJS
