Haven't found how to make that system automatically send email to site administrator once a new user has been registered in system.
Please, tell me how to make it.

Hi,
OJS does not have the functionality to notify the administrator via alert when a new user is registered. However, you do have the option of not allowing users to self register. If you select that option in Step 4 of the Setup in the Journal Management pages, then all users would need to contact you to gain accounts, which means that you would know every time a user account was created.
