Hello all,
I have a problem in sending Cc emails.
I cannot use the Cc field when I send an email to a reviewer in order to
assign to him a paper. I need this functionality to check if the email has
been properly sent and to have a backup of my actions. Please, could you help
me?

Hi Eia,
If you've enabled the "one-click access to reviewers" feature, then you'll be prevented from adding recipients to messages for security reasons.
This feature is under User Home > Journal Manager > Setup step 2.2, under "Reviewer Access."
Once you've disabled the one-click feature, you'll be able to use the Cc field in messages to reviewers.

Unfortunately, I don't manage to find the Journal manager link in my home user page. Do I need a special permission to have this field in my page?

Hi Eia,
If you don't see the link at user home, then you are not the Journal Manager. Since this is a feature that can only be changed by the Journal Manager, you'll have to ask her/him to disable the one-click feature for you.
