new to OJS : unable to publish issue

new to OJS : unable to publish issue

Hello all,

im new to OJS.
i created a new test journal and submitted an article, completed all the steps for editing.
but the check box for article proofed still showing unchecked and im not able to publish the journal.

Also having an issue in captcha, on the registration form no captcha image is showing, does any place where i need to write my recaptcha public key ?
