Greetings -- we're using OJS for the full process for our next issue. In the past, we only used it up until copyediting, and then printed hard copies outside of the system. Layout Editor reports success on the first file:
[CLJ] Galleys Complete
Galleys have now been prepared for the manuscript, ""Phenomenal Women,"
Collaborative Literacies, and Community Texts in Alternative "Sista"
Spaces," for Community Literacy Journal and are ready for proofreading.
... but then adds:
"I didn't realize that by clicking "complete"I was locking out any future
changes. Perhaps someone can "undo" my mistake ?"
Is there a way I can see what she sees? As editor, can I view her galleys?

Hi Michael,
If you are a Journal Manager, you can log in as that user -- simply click the Layout Editors link from your Journal Management page, and then click the "Log in as" link next to the layout editor's name. You'll effectively see the site as they do.
