. We've written documentation to cover from OJS basics to system administration and code development, and we encourage you to read it.
2. take a look at the tutorials
. We will continue to add tutorials covering OJS basics as time goes on.
3. Post a question

I have a question for fellow journal managers that is not related to OJS exactly, but is an issue many OJS journals face: site licenses.
For subscription-based journals, how do you establish pricing for site licenses (i.e., an online subscription to an organization with a bunch of different locations)? The actual subscription management in OJS seems straightforward (just enter the subscriber's IP addresses), but how do others price such subscriptions? We have just launched our journal's website and already a government agency is asking us for an estimate for a site license. We have no idea how to proceed. Any suggestions?
