hi
We are facing one problem . There is an article which has been assigned to three reviewers but what happened now one of the reviewers account that has assigned that article, has been deleted. Now i am unable to cancle that reviewers review status. how to do that?

Hi ushasharma84,
How did you "delete" the account? If you used the merge tool, that review should now belong to the current user that the merged user was merged into.

Hi ushasharma84,
Can you just reinsert the user directly into the DB? Even just inserting a row with the same user_id and username as the reviewer you deleted should probably do the trick. There's not much else you can do if your database is an inconsistent state.
