I have a reviewer who has completed his review using a 'Review Form' but would now like to add a supplementry document. Is there anyway to do this?

Hi Russell,
If the Reviewer hasn't yet submitted the review, they can upload a document from the submission's review page. If they've already submitted the review, you will have to do this for them, or you will have to resubmit the article for review and reassign the Reviewer.

I have the same problem. Once the reviewer submits a review, the option to upload further docs is closed to the reviewer. I see no way to "do this for for him" as an editor or manager. Would you be so kind as to outline the steps involved?

Hi soj,
After you select a reviewer and send them (or skip) the review request email, you should see options for "Editor to Enter" in their reviewer listing. You can first choose "Will do the review" or "Unable to do the review"; if you choose the former, you will then be able to choose the reviewer's review recommendation.
