Problem in Address when Email is sent from reviewer to Edito

Postby ushasharma84 » Fri Jul 16, 2010 5:06 am

hi
when an email about the review completion is sent to editor from reviewer then in that email, mail address of the editor comes in cc instead of to. How to overcome that problem so that email address of Editor populates in right place
Thanks in advance

Hi ushasharma84,

See viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2952, and specifically the bug report referenced at the end of the thread, for more information on this problem. I don't remember which version of OJS you are using; according to the bug report this should be fixed in OJS 2.3+, but that is the version you are using then please let us know.

Hi James
I am using ojs-2.3.1 version. My problem got solved .The promoteCcsIfNoRecipients() is not called on recordRecommendation function thats why on
submiting review recommendations cc field was getting populated with editors address while to field was blank
