hi
I was trying to create two custom blocks to be appeared on the Right hand Side Bar but as i created second block first block got disappeared and when I searched the forum then found that no patch available for Custom Block plugin lost information bug

I'm assuming you are referencing http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4887 -- that is correct, this is a recognized problem that has not yet received a fix. But please feel free to CC yourself to the bug report for future updates.
