Hello,
Our recent email notifying users that our 2nd issue has been uploaded has brought a flurry of emails from people who have forgotten their passwords, asking for my help as Journal Manager to sort this out. However I am unclear exactly what I should do - If I try and change a password, or somebody is asked to by the system, they have to enter their previous password in order to complete the transaction, so are stuck in a Catch 22!
What can I do to help these people please?

Hi Janer,
You can either a) point them to the FAQ entry on changing their password (or enter it into the email): http://pkp.sfu.ca/wiki/index.php/PKP_Fr ... ieve_it.21 or b) change their passoword for them to something easy like "changeme", and click the "require the user to change their password the next time they log in" option.
