If I want to export data, such as Export Journal Data to DOAJ, I will get a XML file. Do I have to produce and submit this file to DOAJ after each issue published?
Does this file include the data for the whole journal, or only one issuse, or only one paper?

Hi Wenwu,
You have to first send the prepared email provided by the import/export plugin, and have your journal registered by DOAJ. After that, they will send you registration information to the site; you will then be able to upload the XML file(s) generated by the plugin to the site whenever you publish a new issue.
