Forum rules
This forum is meant for general questions about the usability of OJS from an everyday user's perspective: journal managers, authors, and editors are welcome to post questions here, as are librarians and other support staff. We welcome general questions about the role of OJS and how the workflow works, as well as specific function- or user-related questions.

What to do if you have general, workflow or usability questions about OJS:

1. Read the documentation. We've written documentation to cover from OJS basics to system administration and code development, and we encourage you to read it.

2. take a look at the tutorials. We will continue to add tutorials covering OJS basics as time goes on.

3. Post a question. Questions are always welcome here, but if it's a technical question you should probably post to the OJS Technical Support subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development subforum.

Migrating from 1.1.8 to 2.0.2

I tried to migrate from 1.1.8 to 2.0.2 by using the web function: 'import from OJS 1'. It seems that the function works fine. However, when I checked the reviews_assignments table, not a record has been imported. The table is empty. Is there anybody to help me out?

Thanks a lot

A bug has been filed and a patch committed to CVS; this issue will be corrected in the next 2.0.x release.

See http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1891 for bug info.

Jason, if you're eager to get a fixed version, you can check the 2.0.x branch out of CVS; it's called BRANCH-2_0. Be sure you get the correct branch (-r option to cvs); CVS HEAD is not suitable for production yet.
