. We've written documentation to cover from OJS basics to system administration and code development, and we encourage you to read it.
2. take a look at the tutorials
. We will continue to add tutorials covering OJS basics as time goes on.
3. Post a question
. Questions are always welcome here, but if it's a technical question you should probably post to the OJS Technical Support
subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development

I have install the OJS2.0 successfully!
My question is if the OJS2.0 can have only one Site Administrator?
Technically the system supports multiple system adminstrators, but there is no mechanism for adding one through the web interface so it could only be done by directly inserting a record into the database.
Feel free to file a feature enhancement request through PKP's bug reporting system
if you have a situation where this would be a desirable feature.
