Hello Dears
We have a database of journal articles and want to install OJS for many journals. Our databse is designed by Dot Net and Microsoft SQL . Can we add journal articles automatically to our database when editors publish a new volume and number? If yes how can we do this?

First of all, you would have to have an installation of OJS for each journal, as only version 2.0 will be a multiple journal administration. Version 1.1.8 does not manage multiple journals, as you may already know.
What you seem to want is something like what a harvester basically does, which is to use the OAI protocol to collect metadata automatically to its own database.
You may want to look for OAI tools that run on multiple databases and platforms to do what you want. However, most of them implement only OAI-DC or MARC formats. It's been a while, though, so I may be outdated on this matter.
