OK,
Here is an obscure problem: A reviewer declined a request for review. Then she changed her mind. In order to re-appoint her, I "replaced" her but you cannot replace a reviewer with themselves so I replaced her with another reviewer and then replaced that reviewer with her. So far so good but when she logs in to upload her review, she is still listed as "declined" and the selction for "Select a recommendation:" is not there so she cannot enter a recommendation.
Perhaps not the most urgent bug to fix but for the record here it is. Thanks!

I assume you did not send the reviewer assignment email. But if you did, perhaps what we did to solve this was to change the attribute in the database. This happens a lot with our reviewers too... They can never make up their minds...
However, version 2.0 will provide more flexibility in the review process, and a bit more control too.
