Dear SSHJO,
Only version 2.0 will be able to list all journals of the repository. Currently, version 1.1.8 is a single journal repository. We've tried to contact the African Journals Online, but did not get any replies on how they proceeded.
If you can't wait, you will have to create a database where you would save the title of each journal, link and description if you want, create your own index page and list all those titles.
Version 1.1.8 provides a subscription area, where you can define types of subscriptions and types of access. I have not tested this feature fully, but it will serve your purposes.
