Forum rules
This forum is meant for general questions about the usability of OJS from an everyday user's perspective: journal managers, authors, and editors are welcome to post questions here, as are librarians and other support staff. We welcome general questions about the role of OJS and how the workflow works, as well as specific function- or user-related questions.

What to do if you have general, workflow or usability questions about OJS:

1. Read the documentation. We've written documentation to cover from OJS basics to system administration and code development, and we encourage you to read it.

2. take a look at the tutorials. We will continue to add tutorials covering OJS basics as time goes on.

3. Post a question. Questions are always welcome here, but if it's a technical question you should probably post to the OJS Technical Support subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development subforum.

Uploading more than one file for reviewer

Postby pmalins » Wed Mar 05, 2014 10:21 am

I uploaded a review file for a reviewer. Two issues:
1. I realized the reviewers name is in the document and I would like to upload a new saved review without this information, but can not seem to overwrite my upload.
2. There is also a pdf that the reviewer has sent me that I would like to review, but it seems there is no room for more than one review file? If this is the case, I would like to upload the pdf file instead of the word doc., and I will copy the word doc information in the review form available.
Thanks for any assistance.

Hi Pam,

Sorry for the delay in responding.

1. There should be a "Review Version" field with an upload button on the editor's Review page for the submission.

2. OJS 2.x only supports a single review file -- but OJS 3.0, when it is released, will support multiple files.
