How to change the volume of a publication

Hi,
I have just completed a previously published issue by introducing authors manually (I have later figured out the xmlimport script ).
This is issue is Vol 1 Issue 1 2003, as our journal had just one issue in 2003, I need to go to Vol. 2 Issue 1 2004 to continue introducing articles, but I can not find how to do it.
In the Table of Contents, the drop-down menu says that there are not Previously Published Issues (It does not appear anything under this category of the drop-down menu), It also says that Current Live Issue is Vol. 1, No. 1 (2003), and finally says that issues 2, 3, 4 , 5 are expected as Future Issues (I do not know why).
What I need to do is to find the way to add new articles to Vol. 2, No. 1, 2004. Although, I now know that this could be accomplished with the xmlimport script, I would later face the same problem when trying to change to Vol 3. Issue 1 2005.

One last question, correct me if i'm wrong: the only place to set the journal frecuency of publication is in Setup, Step 4, where it says Frecuency of Publication Policy Statment. Then, how should i do if the journal has changed the frecuency from 1 issue per year to 4 issues per year?

I know this is a long, complex inquiry... Any help is much appreciated.

You can simply select the next "future issue" and reset the volume, number, and year for that issue to the desired values.

I don't quite follow the question, but the contents of that field are only used under About the Journal, so if it is import for journal to note the change in frequency I assume you could just note that in the field.
