is it possible to notify Editor when a Reviewer accepts or declines a review request instead of receiving an email sended by him/her?

When a reviewer declines or accepts a request in the system by clicking on the appropriate link, it leads to an editable e-mail response that goes to the editor. The reviewer should then make any changes to the e-mail if desired and click send. The system is already built for this functionality. If reviewers are skipping this last step, perhaps you can edit the prepared e-mail review invitation e-mail to include a link to the OJS tutorial for conduction a review. It can be found here: http://pkp.sfu.ca/files/video/ojs_review/ojs_review.htm
