I am searching for the Counter Statistics plugin. I found out that there is a PKP OJS Plugin Gallery but every time I follow a link it brings me to a question related with the Gallery but not to the place where the Gallery is so that I can download the Counter Statistics plugin or any other useful plugin that I might find in there.
I am running OJS 2.4.1.

The plugin gallery is available directly from the main forum page; here is the link: viewforum.php?f=28.
However, you don't need the forum gallery to use the COUNTER plugin. That is one of the plugins that comes standard with the OJS installation. It's available by logging in as a Journal Manager, clicking on System Plugins, then Generic Plugins. You should be able to find it in that list.
