The PKP Development Team is pleased to announce the release of OCS 2.3.5.
OCS 2.3.5 builds on the stability of the 2.3.x line of releases with a number of minor bug fixes and minor refinements. This release also corrects a security issue in one of the third-party libraries included in prior OCS 2.3.x releases. In addition, it renames the previously-included Locale class to AppLocale to avoid a namespace clash with newer releases of PHP and the intl extension.
