In step one of submitting an abstract there is an input for Comments for conference director. Is there any way to edit these comments once someone has submitted their abstract for review?

Hi BVBAccelerate,
Not at the moment, no. Do you see a use case for this?
Cheers,
James

The reason that I'm asking is because our client is asking that users who are submitting abstracts as part of a symposium include that information in the comments to the director. Some people are forgetting to fill out that information and once they've submitted there is no way to update it so that the directors of the conference know.

Hi BVBAccelerate,
Hrm, I'd suggest the users submit their abstract in the abstract field (which may have been disabled from the Conference Tracks page); and there are other ways to communicate back and forth between author and director(s), including the email icon/function next to the director's name on the author's submission summary page.
Cheers,
James
