That's a good idea...making both options available
If one were to simply offer the necessary bank account information, that could be done by using an extra field for the "ABOUT" page...or in an unorthodox way, it could be added to the description of the registration types...
But it would be better if some information about the bank deposit - registration fee payment were required for the completion of the manual registration option...like entering some details about the date of the bank deposit, the number of the receipt of payment, an upload field for a scanned image/copy of the back receipt etc, that could be used to verify the registration...
In this case, where the actual payment is not part of the registration process, the completion of the registration steps should create an account "to be verified", "under review" or with a "processing" attribute, i.e. with some permissions restrictions, until the payment is verified by the registrations manager.
