I know it is possible to enroll a group of users from a role in one conference to the same role in another conference, but is there a way to do this from one role to a different role within the same conference? For example, I created a group of track directors and forgot that they all might be submitting as authors to the conference as well. I'd like to just enroll the whole group as authors rather than do this manually. (I have 40 track directors.)

Hi Jefficus,
You can't do this in one go on a per-group basis, but you can do this in a somewhat batch fashion: log in as a Conference Manager, and from your User Home page click the Author role link under the scheduled conference in question. Click "Enroll Existing User", and then check off all the users you want enrolled as an author.

One more quick note -- if you have hundreds of users already in the system, and don't want to continuously page through the user list, you can set the list # in Website Management -> Setup Step 3.5 to 0 so that all users are displayed on one page.

That does indeed simplify things a bit for me. It's slightly sub-optimal, because it requires that I know the names of all the users that I want to enroll, so it doesn't eliminate the need for a group-to-group enrollment feature, but I can make it work for my short-term need. Thanks James.
