I am a member of the LOC for a conference, responsible for the web management, and I read in your documentation that the papers (or only keywords?) will be publicly available, in the conference website and/or in other sites, “OCS in an Hour”, pp29-30, p38, p87.
We are planning to publish the papers in a special issue of our Journal, therefore there may be a conflict of copyright if the papers become publicly available.
Can you please inform me if we can choose for the papers to be available only to the conference registered members, and to have the papers stored only in our website?
What about the keywords?

Hi lmachado,
You don't have to publish papers if you don't want to, and if you do publish them online you can set it so that only registered users have access to the papers themselves. You can see all access options by logging in as a Conference Manager and from your user home choosing Website Management -> Step 1.5.
