I want to publish Conference Papers on OCS, I am having Conference Manager's Privileges on the OCS system and I just want to be able to submit and see the submitted files on the website with anonymous access as well.
please Assist.

Hi All

Hi lewatle,
You'll have to register yourself as a Director and an Author, and properly set up a scheduled conference. The documentation should be of help. Let us know if you have any specific questions.

do i have to create Author user, Director user all separate from my user account?

No, you can register yourself and act within all those roles.
