I have a problem that hopefully can be easilly solved. Given the issue iwth decisions of revisions required and decline not working the same way as accepts with the decision displayed and the paper not being viewable to authors when they click on archives, I hope to find the right field to modify in the ocs database.
I had a track director make a revisions required decision by mistake. I was albe to go into the papers table and change the stage from 1 to 2. This allowed me to make a decision or accept and record it. The notify author prepared email worked as it should. The problems is that the paper does not show up in the submitters archive listing as other accepted papers do for other submitters. Can you tell me what variable in which table to change to make this happen.
Last is ther somewhere where the variables in each OCS table are described? This might help me.
Keep up the great work. Version 2.3 has some issues resolved and other that remain to be incorporated.
