How to add animated new image in ocs static pages . it will spark who are visiting site for update information about events. how to do? please explain.

Hi Nageswaran! Hope all is well.
I'm not sure what you mean by animated images. You can upload images to static pages (if you are using the Static Pages plugin) by clicking the Insert/edit image button (it looks like a little tree). If you want to upload animated gifs, you can do so in this way. I am not sure if you can upload flash files this way.
