Author deletion of incomplete submissions

I and my track directors are learning the OCS system. So far the experience is great.

One question at this point. I have been guiding some people through the submission process. When we reach a point where the submission is incomplete as a test there is an item when logging in as an author to delete an imcomplete submission. When we click on that the incomplete submission does not seem to be deleted. Is there a fix for this?

I understand that once a submission is in review that only I as the conference manager can archive and delete a submission. No problem with this.

Thanks. I replaced the line as indicated in the patch and no change. The incomplete submission was not deleted.

Hopefully we can find another fix. I am running OCS 2.1.2

Ok it is now working. After reviewing the patch and the old line and the new line my installation did not have the ! in the part that is if (!$isValid && $isDeleting) {

If one leaves this out the deletion by the presenter does not work with it it does. So the new line if (!$isValid) { works
