Dears,
I am having a problem, after a revision required, in some cases the authors could not upload the corrected paper version,
When an author need to upload a new version of your paper, in some cases the button "Browse" near the label "Upload Author Version" is disable!
The author log in, click over author link, then over "paper in review" and then in the "director decision" section the button is disable.
In the system the paper was record as "revision required", now I tried to make a new revision as a reviewer, then record revision required again, but the button is disable, I don't know what can I do.
Could you help me, please?
