I have to choose a conference manager software to use in a BIG conference (about 1.000 participants)! I have some experience with OCS but found it in a some way confuse. Does anyone have experience with other proprietary web conference manager software? What arguments (not technical) do I have to defend the adoption of OCS?!
What about the http://www.webmeets.com/EventManagement/? Does anyone have experience with it?

There is a website called www.gomeetnow.com which provides the exact solution you need. The appliance provides remote access to my computers and web seminar application beside web conferencing and remote support to both PC and Mac. These applications are implemented as four meeting types in Turbo meeting. This web conferencing appliance is installable behind your firewall and features screen sharing, annotation/whiteboard, remote control It bundles unique "view-only" feature along with Interactive modality allowing any user from any platform to join the meeting. I hope this meet your requirement. I am using it from last two year and I think it fulfill your requirement without creating any confusen.
