We have a problem with managing a conference (on system in 2.3.6).
The conference has already been created, add announcements and presentations were
posted. The problem is that despite setting the field "papers are freely
accessible to all site visitors", when we enter without not log user and try to
open the papers list, appears a message: "You still do not have access to the
presentations from the event." We create a "generic" user (with the username
"lector" -reader-), but we can not access the pdf of the papers with that user
(even assigning role of author or reviewer).
We wanted to know how to fix that problem, because we treat all forms (also we
create a "registration" for that user, but it has not results).
Can there be a mistake on the post of the papers?

Have you checked your timeline form? There should be a date specified there for when the papers will be posted.
