Good Day,
Iam relatively new to OCS. Iam experiencing two issues.
1) I realise that i have to add the cookie in my browser to log into OCS. Is there a way the cookie can be added to my browser instead of me manually add the cookie in each browser?
2) When logged into in order to log out i have to either clear browser history or clear cookies. Is there a way around this?
Thanks in advance,
Brian

Hi Brian,
When you log in to OCS, a cookie should automatically be set in your browser that will keep you logged in; it will be unset when you "log out" of the browser. If this is not happening, I would suspect that your browser security/cookie settings are set fairly high, and that perhaps your browser it configured to not accept cookies. Try checking that, and let us know if that doesn't solve your problem.
Cheers,
James
