I have updated the existing OJS install to v2.3.4 in a production environment. I am wanting to migrate it to a new server. Can I simply take the OJS and files folder and plug it into the new server (and import the sql database)?
Thanks for any help!

Hi Suminda,
There are a few gotchas that you will have to watch out for -- try searching the forum for "migrate OJS".
Cheers,
James

I have experienced moving OJS to anohter server.
Since my server is managed by Cpanel + WHM, it is very easy to move a Cpanel account. And you should not consider too many factors. The files, program and databases are moved together.
If you use other server management tools, I could not offer you any advice.
