Hi sir,
I have a problem in uploading PDF files. All files uploaded using my computer is always unlocked and sometimes it can view in notepad format.
But I try to reupload it with other computer, it was perfectly uploaded and no problem occured. What's the problem on that? is it my computer? my browser? or what? please help me thank you.

Can you explain the problem in more detail? I don't fully understand what you mean when you say that the files are unlocked.
