good day,
I have a problem with our file security. We set it already as delayed open access or pay per view, but the problem is some files are locked but others are not. What is the problem with this? How can we solve this problem?
Please help us.. Thank you..

Hi honey_doll02,
You will need to double-check that under Issue Data the Access status is set to 'Subscription' and that each of the articles in the table of contents has the Access set to 'Default'.
If this still doesn't solve it, you will need to provide some additional details about your setup, for example, some info or screenshots of your settings, which version of OJS you are using, etc.
