How to use many UI (several user languages) with only 1 form in English for article submission.
Classical setup for languages is not functional.

Hi potravinarstvo,
With OJS and OCS 2.3, you can choose whether to use installed locales for the user interface only, or for forms, or for both. You'll find these options under your journal's Journal Management -> Languages page.
