Hi Gutam,
The Quick Reference has pretty detailed installation information, as does docs/INSTALL within your OJS download package. I'd recommend just going ahead and giving it a try. You'll have to have a working server/PHP/MySQL setup on your server, but Red Hat support folks can help with that.
