Hi Alonso,
There's a new Refbacks feature that will track where users are visiting articles from on the web. We'll be working on more citation-related stuff in the future -- see http://pkp.sfu.ca/wiki/index.php/Lemon8-XML_Roadmap -- and I think eventually the plan is to include more trackback-type features.
