I enabled announcement feed plugin and have it showing on home page and announcement page. Don't yell at me but how do I add a topic or discussion?

Hi Alan,
You can add new announcements from the Journal Management home page -- just click the Announcements link that appears once you have enabled them. I'm afraid they won't be open for commenting, however -- announcements don't support comments.
