Previous and Next buttons in Reading Tools

Hi all,

I have a suggestion for future development for OJS - when you activate the "Reading Tools" you get a link back to the Table of Contents to the current issue. Could there also be a "Previous" and "Next" article links so that readers don't need to go back to the TOC to get to the next article?
