Change or add a PDF to a published article

Hello-

I am trying to add a PDF file to a published article. I don't want to add a supplemental file but the original layed out galley. I see where we add supplemental files, but where to add/change the primary file. I did use the quick import file originally...and forgot to click the "upload" button when creating the article.
